I need members to renew their accounts after new year.

What this mean is that when they login after new year, they cannot browse the site until they have checked some fields like address and accepted terms of conditions again. Then add the date to a field called "renewal" when they are done.

How is the best way to do this? CBSubs can do this but for this simple task that is very expensive.

Can I redirect them whenever they try to browse the site, not just after login?
