I am searching for a "CB login component".
Joomla! core comes with the com_login.
I need the same com_login modified for CB.

Has anybody an idea? Is there something available already?

The CB package comes with its own login module called mod_cbloginrc2

Rick, thanx for the info. I know the module.

But I don't want to use the module. Instead I want to have a link in the main menu (e.g. members login).
The com_comprofiler doesn't work with the "&task=login".
Therefore I need a component for the login (like the "com_login" provided within the Joomla core).

Is there a component or something like a hack for a working link to "com_comprofiler&task=login"?
Any help appreciated

joomla itself has a login, whic is intergrated to the forums, pms and chat. i am using that for all purposes since i have trouble with cb login when people try to register.

I think what you are looking for is the embedded login page that joomla supports. If so we don't have anything like that in CB...just the standard login module.
