I have released the first version of the geocoder plugin. The plugin uses fields for address, city, state, country, and/or zip code to find the latitude and longitude of the user. With this information, you can then get the Google Maps component to plot your user base onto a Google Map.

Right now the plugin is in an alpha stage and not everything works. Some future developments are the inclusion of manual geocoding and perhaps geocoding via IP.
