That would mean $row->file is empty and you've an empty file record in your database. I recommend deleting it from the file tab to remove the invalid file which will remove the warning. Have fixed for next release by adding code to handle missing/unknown files. Not sure how this happened, but if you can find a way to duplicate would be appreciated; am not seeing anything source wise to allow a blank upload.
