auto add to group not working

auto add to group not working was created by netmagic
Followed the instructions in the tutorial but can't get a user added to group upon registration. Have 'State' as a Category and Florida as a Group under it. I think I have the trigger entered correctly.
Published: Yes
Trigger: onAfterRegistration
User: Automatic
Access: Everybody
Conditional: cb_state Equal To Florida
Auto: Join Groups
Groups: State -> Florida
Status: Active
Published: Yes
