Your post does not really tell what should happen when someone clicks on this button. Explain why you want to have a button, and then it is much easier for people to help you.

Most likely you need to code a plugin.

i want to make a link "Update your forum's profile" in the EDIT drop down button.. it easier to change forum's profile coz user cannot change thier forum's profile in forum..

Go to plugin manager and update the settings for menu plugin.
