Well, with this module it is possible to show certain tabs in module positions. Your privacy policy plugin gives the user the possibility to choose which information is shown to whom. If I load a tab now via this module privacy policy information should also be observed. Otherwise some tab information could be public a user gave other permissions.

It is observer. But you cannot choose to display one tab to one set of users and one for another. Just whether to display a tab or not.

no, the tab wrapper works with the gallery, but it only shows my gallery. So I need a customization that it shows the gallery of a user when I click his avatar in his profile!

Get the latest version from my site. It already does this.
