Login / redirect using cache with J! 2.5.7

11 years 7 months ago #210349 by crony
Hello,

I'm using the cache without any problems with J! 2.5.6 and GJ 2.5.3.
While a user is connecting on the website, he stills on the url where he was, and not returning to home page or anywhere elese.
Since the upgrade on J! 2.5.7, it still works, but only for content pages.
With Group Jive, the redirection is acting weird and points to a single article or homepage.

I guess it should be a problem with 2.5.7, but as all content pages are not concerned, I'm wondering if 2.5.7 USING CACHE (it still works without using cache) needs some parameters from GJ.
Maybe it's more related to the cache system, but once again, it's not working only with GJ.

Do you see this problem also ?

Thanks !

Don't use caching systems on dynamic sites or you'll have problems. If you absolute need it then don't cache for more than 3 minutes. For logins to properly redirect back (in cases of access denied errors) you'll need our free plugin CB Core Redirect.
