Hello there

My system is operating on CB1.2.1 and UDDEIM 1.7 and all seems fine except this one item - I have the deletion of messages set to 30 days but the messages are not auto deleting.

I cannot see from the configuration any other requirement to be set for auto deletion to occur.

Please can you help or point me in the right direction.

It is currently set to 'by admins only'

Yes. Your setting means that deletions are only done when an admin visits his inbox.

So messages might not be shown in the trash after e.g. 30 days, but they are deleted from the DB when an admin visits his inbox the next time.

Thanks - my site has been running through testing and I have just logged in Admin and visited the message box which has deleted the old messages.
