Hello,
Basic question from a total beginner.

When I try to install uddeIM zipped file I get the error "Error! Could not find a Joomla! XML setup file in the package.”

I read in the FAQs that the problem is probably that I didn't unzip the file. However, the unzipped file does not seem to be able to be selected by the file uploader. The only files I seem to be able to select are zipped ones in general, but this particular one throws the aforementioned error. I feel like I'm caught in a Catch-22.

I've also done a quick search of this forum and I could not find any help.

Any advice?

Edit: Joomla! and CB are up to date.
