This is the only pack I have had where I got this error when installing via the Joomla! installation system. When I try to install the com_uddeim10 folder, It trys to load it then I get the following Error.

Error 500 - Internal server error
An internal server error has occured!
Please try again later.

I know it's a server error, though there is nothing wrong with my server.

You try to install the com_uddeim10 folder? So you extract the component, uploaded it and used the install from folder machanism?

There is nothing wrong with the package, maybe the script timeouts? Or it has not enough memory to work?

You can try following: Remove two or three of the four templates from the archive and also remove these lines from the uddeim.xml file. This should also work with smaller servers.

I am having this same issue with the program.
Looks very promising if I could get it to work.
I will try these things you recommend.

I just deleted the lines in uddeim.xml pertaining to installing the different templates, and I had no problems at all. Just finished the config and sent first test mail. I must admit, this system is the nicest I have come across. I spent two days installing different PMS systems.

I passed over this one because I thought it was more of an IM system, not a PMS system. I basically ran out of options and tried this one. I wish I would have done this two days ago

Can you please explain to a newbie how to do this. I am getting the same error. This is a new install, not an upgrade.
