Pop notification problem was created by karolyzazz
My users can't Enable popup notification from Frotend (Show a popup when a new message arrives).
The select box leaves empty after saving.

Have you enabled popup notifications in backend?
Have you updated from an earlier version of uudeIM? Maybe 0.5 or 0.6? Have you updated your database tables, so jos_uddeim_emn contains the field "popup"?

Yes, I enabled popup notifications in backend.
I can edit user settings in backend or in database. Then this future works fine.
I have updated from an version 0.7 and jos_uddeim_emn contains the field "popup".
