Importing Users to Subscription Plan

8 years 1 month ago #169128 by sbartrum
I want to grant a single user a particular Membership/Subscription Plan.
It seems the only way to do this, is to import the user using the CBSubs Import feature.
However this only works with an Access Level.
So, I can do this, but temporarily assigning the user to a unique Access Level.
But, the import feature reports an error, Unknown column 'gid'.
Seems to be trying to do "SELECT id FROM jos_users WHERE gid = 2".
Is this the correct method?
Why is it not working?
Is there some other method to manipulate indivisual users, regarding Subscription Plans?

Just visit the profile from your administration backend and in the Subscriptions tab give the user the subscription you want.

I went there, but under the Subscriptions tab, it just says "Your memberships", and nothing else. No means for selecting a Subscription Plan, or nothing.
No yet part of any Subscription Plan, so nothing already listed.
So, is this wrong?

Do you have plans?
Are these plans allowed to be upgraded to?

OK, working now.
Must have been settings on Plan.
