I working on an localhost test environment and have Joomla 2.5.4 installed with CM 1.8 and CBSubs 1.3 rc 2. I cannot get the CBSubs_Main to install. I browse to the folder and then click install and it processes for a short time than I get a blank screen. When I go back it appears as though its there but when you click on the paid subscription tab you get a blank white screen. When I go back again and go to the CB tab - again a white screen. I have everything enabled all over the site. Any help is appreciated.

make sure you have ioncube loader installed on your environment.

I have the same issue.
ioncube was installed. How can i confirm ioncube is installed correctly.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

ioncube site has loader wizard script that tests this for you.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
