user cannot pay, "Login denied!" 9 months 5 days ago #208007

I have a user that cannot log in - she gets this error:
Login denied! Your account has either been blocked or you have not activated it yet.

I went in backend and enabled her account. When tries to login after that, she is only presented with an option to pay a Donation - there are no Plans available.

In fact, the site says "You have these upgrade possibilities" and it only shows the one donation they have. A lot of the plans they have are upgradable.

I went to the logs and she created a "Store payment basket" (which now I can't find in Baskets) on 1/25/2011. So it looks like she just never paid.

These are my main settings below:

You need to have plans that allow upgrades. If she had an existing subscription that expired then you need to ensure it allows renewals. The way you currently have it configured you're not allowing users to login without a subscription.

It looks like she registered, went to basket, cancelled basket, then attempted to login. She was trying to bypass your subscription requirement and got busted doing so. However, you've no plans set to allow upgrades so she can't select a plan to subscribe to.

Check that the access to those plans is Public so the user can access them without being logged in.

yes they are all Public except 2 which she should not have access to. None of the Public Plans show when she tries to log in
