i am bloody new in this kinda of stuff. I downloaded some community builder content but i am sure how to upload them to my server. Could anybody plzz tell me how to do that??

Just install it as a normal joomla component!...
regarding communityforum not sure of what you mean.. perhaps you are thinking of fireboard? (www.bestofjoomla.com)

extensions->install/upinstall
