I have looked everywhere but can not find a solution.
How can I create a link - like on this site underneath the usermenu - to My Cb profile?

You haven't even looked in the readme.txt file!
You can also download the pdf installation guide from the documentation download area (it has pictures).

In case anyone else is kicking themselves like I am: remember to publish the usermenu module when you create new links in your user menu.
(And I've been using Joomla on a dozen sites for years!)
