I want to add new images to avatar gallery, so when users select 'Update Your Image' they could see more images than 'green froggy' and 'bath duck'.

I tried to copy new images into '\components\com_comprofiler\images\gallery' folder, but it doesn't works.

Any Idea?

yeah. the directory is in /images/comprofiler/gallery

I think you are making a common mistake.

I have a problem that needs help. I want to modify the gallery's columns. I am using larger avatars then the ones provided and if I have 5 columns, that is default, the fifth one extends beyond the space of my page.

4 columns works.

did you every get this fixed. I too dont want to use ducky , froggy and have uploaded images to that folder, but they dont appear. Is this something that needs adjusted in a table in the DB ?

I swear I told you the truth. I uploaded my own avatars. Come to www.knowledgearcana.com and sign up for an account. Then you can edit your details and see that I have new images. You my still be trying to put them in the 'components' directory but they go in the 'images' directory.

In other words

*NOT*
/components/com_profiler/images/gallery

*YES*
/images/comprofiler/gallery

You are correct. Now I am like you...needing to adjust the number of columns to 3 or 4 because my avatars are wider than before.
