Hello everybody

I have a great Joomla site and have excellent help in running it.

However a number of our subscribers - including me - do not know how to get the best out of using Forums. It would be really helpful to get a simple users guide, step by step, or FAQs so that my not too literate members can really get into using the Forum.

We have Two Shoes M-Factory installed but the site is down and I do not know where to find this information.

Any ideas?
