I can see the following files are included on each page.

template.css
overlib_mini.js
overlib_hideform_mini.js
overlib_anchor_mini.js
overlib_centerpopup_mini.js

What I want to know is how can I tell CB to include a JS file from within my plugin on page load, in the construct perhaps?
