We just installed CB Subs and was going through the process of setting up plans and keep encountering and strange error when trying to just save a new plan.

The plan is saved and all the changes are there when we go back to the plans page.

An error has occurred.
0 Call to undefined function iconv()

I searched the forum to see if anyone has encountered this issue. This is a clean install of CB Subs and an upgraded version of CB and Joomla.

Both were running J2.5 previously. Any ideas why and how we can resolve would be appreciated.

We found the issue. The icon v php module was not installed in the current version of PHP 7 We have installed it using WHM > Software > Easy Apache 4 and installing the new module for PHP7
