Add Subscription to more than one user group was created by mnaged2021
We have a subscription that needs to be assigned to multiple user groups. Is there a way to do that?

Not using CBSubs, which can assign to only one group.
But you could use CB Auto Actions, and this post shows how to configure the conditions for exactly that use-case of more precise groups control:
