I wonder if you can think why I can't send an email to another user.

CB 1.0 stable installed with Joomla international which is based on Joomla! 1.0.12

When logged in, I try to contact another user both via "connection" and via "email". confirm message says "successfully sent" but email never arrived. Tested on another user as well with same result.

I wonder if it connects with permissions of certain files on my servers (this went a bit wrong sometimes). Most files are 644. However, I don't know which files should be "released" from the current permission situation which is.

any idea of how to solve the problem?
