my web page loads fine to I click to go into CB Profiles list (was working fine with I put the link on front page now the page goes like my attachment, but when I go back to home page everything fine again

See the Help Us Help You in my signature and report back your fix or sufficient information to troubleshoot.

I have unpublished everything in all Tabs, fields etc except CB Builder it self as I have to much to lose
check all my data bases and they are all green

But still having same problems as I describe before I also added a printed screen as what was shown when I went into CB from Joomla

I'm running Joomla 1.5.15 stable and CB 1.2.1

and only plug-in I used in CB was Profile Gallery

It be great if some one who experienced this can tell me how they fixed it:side:

I have answered all question to my ability below

1. Exact PHP version. 5.0.85.
2. Exact CB version. 1.2.1
3. Exact Joomla version. 1.5
4. Detailed description of problem. (screenshots? link?) CB page loading in text only not members pages & you wont allow my screen shots
5. Any error messages reported with Joomla debug mode on and error reporting set to maximum? none
6. Any error messages reported with your hosts error log? none
7. Any ACL modification components? (JACL, etc..) not sure
8. Any SEF components? no
9. Move or encrypt configuration.php? none
10. Upgrade from CB version ?? or fresh install? fresh
11. Migrated from Joomla version ?? or fresh install? fresh

That makes it much easier. Your PHP version doesn't meet the minimum 5.2.6. 5.2.10 or later (but not 5.3) is recommended. That should take care of the problem.
