I have Cb profile gallery 1.2rc2 installed on CB Builder 1.2.1.... can some one help please

When looking at a user profile, the CB gallery tab shows plus the thumb nails of the their photos, but when you click on a photo a whitebox comes up not displaying anything... blank

I then went into tools and checked the plug ins and the page displays this ..
All CB plugin "Default language (English)" Database is up to date.
All CB plugin "CB File Field" Database is up to date.
All CB plugin "Default" Database is up to date.
All CB plugin "CB Core" Database is up to date.
All CB plugin "WinClassic" Database is up to date.
All CB plugin "CB Menu" Database is up to date.
All CB plugin "WebFX" Database is up to date.
All CB plugin "OSX" Database is up to date.
All CB plugin "CB Connections" Database is up to date.
All CB plugin "Content Author" Database is up to date.
All CB plugin "Luna" Database is up to date.
All CB plugin "Dark" Database is up to date.
All CB plugin "Forum integration" Database is up to date.
All CB plugin "Mamblog Blog" Database is up to date.
All CB plugin "YaNC Newsletters" Database is up to date.
All CB plugin "Private Message System" Database is up to date.
CB plugin "DatsoGallery-Tab": no database or no database description.
CB plugin "CB Profile Gallery": no database or no database description.


CB plugins database checks done. If all lines above are in green, test completed successfully. Otherwise, please take corrective measures proposed in red.

Surely the amount of times I have read this problem in this forum, some one must know the answer or some one from CB Gallery team would have address the issue or know of another free plug in that members can upload their own photos that works within CB Builder?

This looks like you have not installed the latest 1.2RC2 version you claim. Please remove the version you have and download new version (see your Doc-Subs tab in your profile for quick link). Then run CB Tools again to verify that the previous message is not displayed.

Then read the FAQ section - there is an article that helps you debug blank pages, which are usually caused by something failing on your site.

Also got your email, a portion of which states:

The reason why we ask people to follow the Help Us Help You link, is because the problem is NOT in our code, and is most likely cause from specific environments of end users. So either memory issues on your host, or some other component you have installed or permission problems, etc will cause this.

Unfortunately we cannot guess which environmental issue you are having without your participation.

If you follow the link suggestions and post back results,we might be able to tell you whats wrong.

Most likely, if you follow suggestions, you will learn many things and might actually pin-point whats wrong by yourself.

I am having the same problem but I think it's the version I have installed as you mentioned in here. Where do I downlaod the 1.2RC2 version? DO I need to pay for it(subscribe)?

yes you do.

at the moment only CB Documentation subscribers can download.
