i have a problem with the phpbb conector, the problem is when i open the phpbb conector and go to the control panel , launch the next error:

Warning: main(/configuration.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/u/p/g/upg12460194/html/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_phpbbconnector/phpbbgui.php on line 27

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required '/configuration.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/content/u/p/g/upg12460194/html/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_phpbbconnector/phpbbgui.php on line 27

i opened the file and go to the line 27 and i see this line:

require_once($joomla_root_path . "/configuration.php");

but i dont know which is the error, for the file "configuration.php" is there.

how i solve the problem?


PD: phpbb conector works , only i do not see that Control Panel.

There already has been a couple of threads on this issue. It has to do with RG_EMULATION being off and clearing out global variables.

Short answer is download v1.0.3 from cbconnector.com... Other answers are available in the threads which discuss it...

If I am understanding your response correctly, you are asking what you should do as Joomla recommends RG_EMULATION off...

v1.0.3 has fixes in the code that reassign the variable after globals.php removes all of the global variables... it will fix the problem... also the thread on this forum that I mentioned also discusses what it does to work with RG_EMULATION off...

I have installed the phpbbconnector's latest version 1.03.

Now I am getting the error as under.

error
