CB 1.0/1.1 are both obsolete. Upgrading to 1.2 will solve all the known issues in both versions, along with added functionality. It's highly recommended that you upgrade.

actually there is publishing time issue

I also have the same problem!!!!
I have done all of the above steps and the article is still not showing! Please, can somebody help? I am a bit lost and I really need the article option to be working. How can we fix this problem?
