I upgraded CB from 1.0.2 to 1.1 and now the Invite Friends button on the usermenu is duplicated. I tried unpublishing one, deleting, checked the modules to see if I had duplicates but I don't and under CB I have only one invite plugin installed.
I have NO idea why there's two buttons there and no matter what I do it keeps coming back. I have deleted it some 3 times to no avail.

Another issue I am having with CB is about the missing tab.
I upgraded Fireboard, installed the tab plugin in CB and published it. Still it won't show in CB.

Can someone give me a hand with this?
