CB global configurations error!!

CB global configurations error!! was created by ezmoney
I am trying to edit the CB global configurations but after editing and I try and apply the changes I get FATAL ERROR: File could not be opened. I would guess this file needs to be writable but their is no indication to which file it is any Ideas which file needs to be writable or why I am getting the error.

How about pasting this red text "FATAL ERROR: File could not be opened" into the small "search forum" box at the top left before posting, so you get immediate answer ? ;)
