missing XML installfile in plugins

Today i installed CB succesfully and wanted to install 2 plugins (dutch language package and captcha)

When trying to upload and install i get the warning that no XML installfile can be found.

When i check the zip-file it is present! But is it in the right place? Can someone check these files, or is it something else which bothers me?

I'm using Joomla 1.5.4 and legacy mode is turned on.
CB 1.1 is installed succesfully.

With Joomla 1.5.4 you should really use CB 1.2 RC1 or RC2.

CB Plugin installations should be done via the CB Plugin Management backend not the Joomla extensions installation process.

I tried to installed the Hello World Plugin (from joomlapolis) via the Plugin-Management and I get the same error

I tried upload and installation from directory.
