Installation problemUnable to find install package was created by scion
No matter what i do it will not recognize this install.
Any helP??
I get Unable to find install package when i try to install the package. I have ftp on. I also changed the file permissions to 777. I unzipped the package and tried to install the parts, none of them install.

First, the title of the package includes "unzip first", leaving several zip files and a readme.txt. The rest is in the readme.txt.

I did unzip the file (as stated in my first post).

The problem is with your ftp settings:
var $ftp_enable = '';
var $ftp_host = '';
var $ftp_port = '21';
var $ftp_user = '';
var $ftp_pass = '';
var $ftp_root = '/public_html';
I would suggest that it is most likely the $ftp_root setting. I had this problem when setting up a dev subdomain. I forgot to change the $ftp_root setting to public_html/dev
