Is it possible to allow the public to view registered profiles and send emails to registered profile holders.

My lists and profiles are completely public, the only thing I'm keeping private are email addresses, but I need "everyone" to be able to send emails to registered members on my published lists.
I could just be blind, but I looked for the 3PD plugin that you referred to in your message and I was unable to find it. Could you supply a link?
I've never posted for help here, and have spent the last 3 hours trying to read everything I could on this topic but I'm still unable to allow public access to the email form. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
