no german after switch of provider

no german after switch of provider was created by edinger
Hi,
under J!1.5.0 the german language worked with CB 1.1,
but after an Update to J!1.5.1 only the english language is being displayed in profile and workflow part on frontend, although site and the user setting are set to german.
Any clue, what I can do?
EDIT: sorry, I found out, that the problem belongs to the homepage-transfer of our homepage from funpic to rapidspace.de.
Which prerequisites does cb 1.1 have to be possible to switch the language? Any special php settings needed?
