Display Field even if Empty?

Display Field even if Empty? was created by mpeetsma
How do I set the fields so that even if the field has not yet been filled, the title for the field continues to display even though there is no user filled data?

I was really hoping this was going to be a switch/option on a field by field basis

not in CB 1.1...but you could develop a plugin doing that...
