I have a paticular request.
I'm trying to build a site in wich people can subscrive and vote other peolple. Going deeper: i want that people (after a personal registration) put forward other people in the same way you normally subscrive a blog in technorati; and then showing this new person (the candidate) in a ranking list; so visitors can express their vote(positive or negative)changing the ranking postion of candidate.
I make an example: George wants to candidate his friend Paul on my site like the best cooker in the world; to do that,George register himself on my site and then proposes his friend Paul in the right category (like proposing a blog in technorati in a specific category). After that, everyone cans see Paul profile and vote him.
If the vote is "up", Paul increases his position in the ranking system, whereas he goes down for a negative vote.

I would like to know if it's possible to do with Joomla and CB; and which plugin, modules are necessary.
