I just had this idea (saw it on some other sites before), that I'd like to implement:

Whenever a User isn't logged in and wants to do something that only looged-in users can do (i.e. view user profiles, write in forum...) there should show up a site (or popup) with all the *features* registrated users have.
Also another idea would be to show every 5-10 pageviews a reminder to register.

Is there already something like this available? Or any idea how to implement that?
