I run a larger community that has video game players and we host tournaments and such. I am wondering if there is something that has all admin capabilities, that could include documents, faq (for admins), support tickets, to do's, notes, etc. This way all my admins know whats going on.

I believe that there are lot of project and task management tools available for Joomla. You should check out extensions.joomla.org and see what you will find.

I have but I just cant seem to find one with a support ticket system.

I use WATicket for tickets and it is pretty OK.

Yeh that is what I have now. See the first time I installed it I didnt read the manual and understand that under user ranks or whatever it is that I have to give them rights to read, reply, etc. Now I am trying to figure out if there is a way to force a item check in at logout, or item check in when they time out. All my admins keep hitting the back key or something and leaving stuff checked out.
