Well some of my site users completey forget their passwords on the site
the lost password page on the site is slow lol
i was wodnering would it be possible to show a users password in his profile in the backend

this is not possible
joomla user passwords are md5 encrypted

if one of my user is not able to change his pass - I set a new one (1234567) - after login the user can change his password in profilesettings

how do you set it for him then?

in the administration backend you have the menu item
community builder / user management

there you can edit every user
