Without seeing a demo, it's hard to know what it does different than the built in Profile Rating and Forum Karma.

As the original creator of Karma 1.0, karma 2.0 doesn't do it for me. I need a "monthly" or some sort of time frame that can be reset. 2.0 doesn't have that.
