How can I add additional fields to CB Contact - FirstName, LastName?

Components -> Community Builder -> Fields Management

There you can add new fields and choose were they should be displayed.

Sorry, I meant to say to include those additional fields on the contact form users are filling when contacting someone. These are existing fields... I just want to include them on the form in addition to "Subject" and "Message".

This seems to be the wrong forum section for your question :D Unfortunately I have not checked CB Contacts yet, so I can not help you.
