Upgrading Free subscription user to paid subscript

14 years 8 months ago #106787 by sriz786
Hello,

I have users who opt for free subscription plan and later few want to become subscription members.

When I ask them to select the paid subscription plan they get the error message that user id and/or email is already registered. Then they can not go forward for paid subscription registration.

I need to know how can we seamlessly let users upgrade their subscription plan (Free to fee based or levels of fee based) within their existing user profile.

Thank you,

Rizwan Ashraf

They need only visit their profiles change to the Subscription tab and subscribe to their desired subscription. Ensure your plans are set to allow upgrading and display upgrades.
