I was just wondering if anyone has done a Japanese translation for CB 1.2 RC3?

I have two web sites which will need this done very shortly - if push comes to shove I can probably get it done in-house (if I ask nicely), but wouldn't know how to package it up so that it would work properly.

Any advice?
