Hi,

totally new to this forum?!?!?!? i have community builder installed on our site, its a music site for unsigned artists. Can i install another community builder so i have 2 sets of users? e.g Artists and Fans? and if so how do i do it? the same way as i installed the first?

This is not possible. There are several attempts on creating user groups, just search the forum for "groups" and you will find out the status of this.

Currently there is not an easy way to accomplish it, though.

But you can install 2 joomla sites exactly identical to each other and cross link their pages according to your structure. As you have two joomlas you can have two CB too.

You can have one installed in a sub folder of the other and keep the same url. I guess this could have a few drawbacks, i e not to be able to share resources etc.

We just discussed this situation in philosophy departement:) Two joomlas nested in the way I suggested may present a totally new mathematical problem. We are not exactly sure if the situation can be described in set theory... Because they are not subsets to each other. They are not overlapping sets neither. Obviously just 3 beers were not suficient to imagine a model for this riddle.
