Just like any other CB Plugin ...
through the CB Plugin Management area (backend).
then publish it and check out parameters.

I've installed it, yet on the registration page, it doesnt show up. There is the field to input, but no image. Anything im missing?

For those wanting to translate, here's the correct labels to add:

_UE_CAPTCHA_Label (Security Code)
_UE_CAPTCHA_Desc (Enter Security Code from image)
_UE_CAPTCHA_NOT_VALID (Invalid Security Code)

do you have gd2 installed ?
you can see that in cb->configuration->images.

At Beat's request I want to state the following about this Captcha plugin:

1. It only works with CB 1.0.2. It cannot be installed on earlier versions and it will not work on later versions of CB (but later versions will have this as a core feature).

2. It is not accessible to disabled people yet (but we are planning an upgrade).
