Also, I would like to be able to have different kinds of profiles or users, and each set of profile would have different fields (I don't want all users to see all the fields available at once, but depending on the user type).

Besides, it would be much nicer if users could choose more than one type (for example: shoes, pants, shirts, hats), and depending on the selected, more fields would be available to fill up.
