Lost Username and Password not working was created by dcurtis1
I don't know how many people have run into this but...
I just changed RT Templates and the Ajax for Lost Username and Password stopped working fine before I changed templates.
I changed to Beez just to test, and that's what is causing the problem is the Rocket Theme Template.
I'm going over to their forums to see if there is a fix.

I have the same issue. I have been able to confirm it seems to work fine in Fire Fox but not IE.
