tab and pictures missing

Hello,
After installation the last CB 1.2.1 it makes me impossible to have the different tabs stop available on the CMS.
All the information are displayed on the same page ( not tabs ) for both back and front end.
I have loaded the luna theme and it's seems the icon are missing also on the back end for save, cancel, ... ( just a text link ) and the last version line is empty...
Any ideas ? css missing ?

What you have most likely missed is the fact the CB 1.2.1 does not work with PHP 4.
