Is there a feature that allows the profile picture to be automatically resized to a maximum height and width? I know this features exists for the connections utility.

I don't like limiting people to uploading that pictures that are small. Most people don't know how to change their picture size. I would rather there just be a limit on size, only, and letting the application make sure the photo isn't too big.

This seems like a pretty common sense usability issue. I am shocked it doesn't already exist. I hope I am wrong and there is a setting some where!
