Hi Guys,
There is an option on user profiles in admin section titled as "Receive Moderator Emails" and as far as I can tell, its default is set to "No" for all members, including the moderator which would be me!
What is the purpose of this option? If I set it to "yes" for a member, does that mean that he will recieve e-mail which is "from" the moderator or the e-mail which is "for" the moderator.
I tried to find the answer by searching the site and the forum to no avail.
TIA,
That field is used in conjunctions with the user group. If the user group that user belongs to is defined as a moderator then the email flag is looked at. Otherwise its ignored. For example of my moderator group was set to publisher and a user had the email flag set to yes then they would receive moderator targetted emails. On the other hand if a user was in the author role and the flag as set to yes to email would be received. Hope this clears things up.

In CB User Manager, I am unable to set the "Receive Moderator Emails" to Yes. Well, I can set it to Yes, but it never stays like that... if I go back into the user after saving changes, it is back to No. If I go into the DB, and set the parameter to 1, then go into the user, it displays as Yes. If I hit save, and go back in to view the user, it is back to 'No'.
