blocked myself out as a user was created by rzlushn
can someone please help me? i've blocked myself (super admin) as a user and can not log in.

You need to go to your database and edit table #__users. Set the column block to 0 for the superadministrator user.
The alternative to manual database modification is reinstalling Joomla and loosing all your data.
